DEAN WINTERS

Dean has accumulated over 6 years of experience in coaching Football and multiple other sports to people aged 5 to 19, which spans from grassroots to professional clubs. Due to the experience he has accumulated in the contexts mentioned above, it has enabled him to gain a wider appreciation of how young players acquire skills, develop and learn within a wide variety of environments. 

 

To complement the experiences highlighted above, Dean has attained a variety of NGB qualifications in a multitude of different sports. In turn, this has allowed Dean to fuse his academic background, coaching experience and coaching qualifications to gain a wider appreciation of how to apply effective methods and approaches that offer a player-centred learning-based environment that encourages holistic player development.
