As Easter comes to a close, let's take a moment to look back on the highlights of the season, particularly the 4CS Performance Camp that took place during the break.
Over the course of the final three days of Easter, the 4CS Performance Camp offered an immersive football experience like no other. Rather than just focusing on gameplay, we aimed to provide participants with a taste of the professional training environment.
Throughout the camp, the players engaged in a variety of activities designed to enhance their skills and understanding of the game. From technical and tactical training sessions to fitness testing, futsal tactics, and game-based practices, there was something for everyone. Each player received a 4CS booklet to track their progress and contribute to the analysis sessions. A highlight of the camp was the use of technology, including a VEO camera, to record training sessions and a number of games. This allowed for in-depth analysis and targeted feedback, helping players improve their knowledge and performance.
With over 40 players in attendance, the camp was a tremendous success. Beyond improving their footballing ability, participants demonstrated great sportsmanship and formed lasting bonds with their peers.
